Jasmine Richman

Jasmine is the Artistic Director and Owner of Moments of Magic Chicago! She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting and Directing from Oklahoma City University, where she discovered her love of teaching children through the Oklahoma Children’s Theatre. She has over a decade of experience working as an actress, musician, teaching artist, director, writer, composer, choreographer, creative camp counselor and professional character actress in the Oklahoma and Chicagoland areas. Jasmine can’t wait to create Moments of Magic with you and your loved ones!

Jack Dwyer

Born & raised on the South Side of Chicago; This class clown grew up aspiring to take classes at The Second City, following in the footsteps of his (and his dad's) greatest comedic influences. Today, he is an actor, entertainer, stand up comedian, (trivia, bingo & karaoke) host, Chicago tour guide, & a Jack of all trades. He is also an executive producer & M.C. of “Hawk Winds Showcase” & Fuzz Kill Comedy's variety shows "Live Comedy Night". Jack does it all in the entertainment industry; and when he's not, you can find him watching Blackhawks hockey with his Boston Terrier pup, Harpo. (Named after Oprah, of course.)

Hana Christenson

“Hana graduated with her BFA in Performance from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed her teaching artistry apprenticeship with the Seattle Children’s Theatre. She has performed professionally with both the Colorado Shakespeare Festival and the Stratford Circus in London. Hana comes from a loving, military family, and has travelled the world, living in more than 10 major cities before settling down in Chicago to pursue her  lifelong passion for both theatre and children’s education (with her trusty sidekick Hoagie, the cat, in tow). Hana has been a proud preschool teacher for several years and children never cease to amaze and delight her. She looks forward to adding magic to each one of their special days!”

Abby Boegh

Abby is thrilled to be a part of Moments of Magic Chicago! Originally from Oklahoma, she moved to Chicago to pursue a career in theatre and holds a B.A in theatre from North Central College. She has been a dance and theatre educator for the past eight years. She has portrayed a wide array of princesses and characters over the course of three years and can’t wait to bring some magic to your event! 

Special Skills: Dance (Ballet, Tap, Jazz); singing; juggling; fencing; cooking; tumbling; contortion; roller skating; sewing; keeping plants alive.

Zak Barilow

Hello everyone. My name is Zak Barilow and I have loved taking pictures ever since I was little. I strive to document and preserve many different memories. I graduated from the Illinois Institute of Art- Schaumburg in December 2014. I primarily photograph engagement sessions, family pictures, events, and models. My aesthetic is cinematic and I enjoy using dramatic lighting and backgrounds. I look forward to documenting the fun magical moments you will experience at your event. Jennifer is a proud cast member of Moments of Magic. She has been a character performer in the Chicagoland area for 4 years. She has worked with some of the top performer collectives in Characters.io and Party Princess Productions. Her work in child enrichment programming and her background as a professional actress, dancer, and painter make her a great addition to any party.

Special Skills: artistic: painting, face painting, juggling, balloon twisting, caricatures. dance: jazz, ballet, hip hop, modern, swing, tap: partnered acrobalance, trapeze, aerial silks, stage combat (speciality: unarmed and knife); crochet, hand sewing, understands conversational Spanish.

Carolyn Plurad

Jennifer is a proud cast member of Moments of Magic. She has been a character performer in the Chicagoland area for 4 years. David Moreland

David Moreland is a Chicago-based performer and woodworker. He's been seen on and off stages all over the Chicagoland area for five years now. He's experienced in all manners of performance including acting, singing, stage combat, and improv.

Special Skills: Stage Combat, Sword fighting, Horseback Riding, Juggling, and GuitarDavid Moreland.

Carleigh Wagner

Carleigh is a visual artist from Oklahoma. She found her love for creating for live performance while working at Oklahoma Children’s Theatre.This inspired her to earn a  Bachelor of Fine Arts from Oklahoma City University in Design and Production so that she could share her art with others for a living. She has since worked at notable theatre and opera companies including Creede Repertory Theatre, Williamstown Theatre Festival, and The Glimmerglass festival. Tommy Cortz

Tommy Corts originally hails from Nashville, TN but Chicago has been his home for nearly a decade. Tommy has a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He has performed on stage in dozens of productions in Chicago, including Improvised Edgar Allen Poe (Poeprov) and ukulele duo Tommy & The Beedge. Tommy can be seen in a variety of films on various streaming services, such as White People Money (2021) and Night Hunt (2022).  In addition to performing, Tommy also directs improv comedy in Chicago including DogProv, a team featuring real live rescue dogs on stage, and Portal-Prov at Otherworld Theatre. When he's not on stage, Tommy loves to paint (mostly dogs and Star Wars), make props and costumes, and obsess over Star Wars. 

Special Skills: Stand-up comedy, multiple vocal and dialect impersonations, Shakespearean acting, improvisational comedy, ukulele, belly-rolling, acrylic and oil painting and drawing, prop-making, basic guitar, tech savvy, and a great deal of enthusiasm.
